42 North Dental is hiring a Dentist to manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will work with a steady patient flow in a growth‑oriented practice rooted near Boston.

The role offers an up‑to‑36% of collections compensation, full‑time eligibility with benefits, and extensive CE and retirement options through partners and Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor dental and jaw development.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of care and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
