Job summary

42 North Dental, rooted in Boston and focused on delivering healthy, confident smiles, is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient care experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care.

The practice offers strong patient flow, opportunities for in-office specialty services, and extensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and CE events through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create treatment plans and review options with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissue.
• Uphold the highest quality standards of care and ethics.
