42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. The role encompasses in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Engage in continuing education and professional development
