Job summary

42 North Dental, a practice built by dentists for dentists, seeks a dedicated Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. You will collaborate across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments through CE and professional development.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited program)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current BLS/CPR certification
