SHI International Corp. is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager - Cisco to onboard customers, guide them through their lifecycle, and drive retention and growth.

You will act as SME for Cisco platforms, conduct regular CSRs, and analyze consumption data to shape renewal strategies. Collaborating with sales and internal teams, you will align offerings with customer objectives, manage service delivery, and support projects.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year experience in a Cisco dedicated sales support/subject matter expert position, selling and managing Cisco contracts.
• Proficient in creating quotes within Cisco's Commerce Workspace for Renewals and EAMP.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers and guide them through product/service lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for specific platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Interpret and analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies and offerings.
• Manage workflow of orders and ensure timely delivery with customers and carriers.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams about status and needs.
