Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate Contracts Director to facilitate contract agreements and provide support for the North America Public Sector Team. You will oversee negotiation processes and advise on legal and public sector issues.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in government contracting with a minimum of 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a Juris Doctor degree preferred. Compensation includes a competitive salary and outstanding benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in government contracting or related field.
• Familiarity with government contracting terminology and compliance.
• Experience negotiating Fixed Price subscription licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and communicate guidance on RFQs/RFPs.
• Review and negotiate Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Modifications.
• Conduct training for Sales and Consulting.
