Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director of US Public Sector Contracts to define and lead enterprise contracting strategy across federal and state/local programs. You will ensure pricing capabilities, contract vehicle access, and compliant acquisition practices while guiding a high-performing team.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and Consulting leadership to navigate complex contracts, enable growth, and protect firm interests in a demanding federal landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in US Public Sector contracting and government procurement processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise contracting strategy for US Public Sector, incl. federal governance and state/local programs.
• Oversee pricing, contract vehicles, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Security leadership to manage risk and drive growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing contracts team with a focus on process modernization.
• Represent BCG at executive engagements and client negotiations.
