Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a practical Senior Contracts Negotiator (Public Sector) or Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to lead complex outbound transactions for North American public sector sales. You will partner with Sales, Deals Desk, Finance, and Product to navigate procurement rules and protect RingCentral’s interests in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes playbook development, CLM optimization, and collaboration across legal and business teams.

Qualifications

Public sector knowledge of procurement frameworks and government contract vehicles.
Experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial contracts in SaaS/enterprise software with public sector focus.
Ability to lead negotiations with government agencies and balance business objectives with risk.

Responsibilities

Lead complex outbound transactions for North American public sector sales and channels.
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, MSA, NDA, SOW, and channel agreements.
Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates, and training for internal teams.
Improve CLM processes and leverage AI tools to streamline operations.
