Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in government contracting or related field.
• Experience negotiating fixed price subscription licensing agreements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Negotiate main contract agreements and related contractual instruments.
• Review and negotiate contracts and purchase orders.
• Interface with clients to discuss acquisition solutions.
