Job summary

ADP is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, answering questions, and training clients on ADP technology. You will manage a high volume of inquiries from clients with 50–999 employees, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction while upholding ADP's service standards.

You will work in a metrics-driven environment, communicating clearly by phone and email, and will adapt to varying daily tasks while maintaining professionalism and a collaborative

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven call center environment.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ADP's front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution and answering questions.
• Train clients' users on ADP technology and provide ongoing support.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on product value and share best practices with leadership.
• Organize daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season adjustments.
