Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Account Manager to serve as the front-line for solving client challenges for companies with 50-999 employees. You’ll train users, respond to questions, and ensure client satisfaction with ADP’s service guidelines.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center environment, building rapport and trust with clients. The role emphasizes clear written and telephonic communication, ongoing learning through top-ranked training, and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• College degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver by identifying solutions for time-sensitive issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations to leaders.
• Organize daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
