Urban Outfitters Men's is seeking an Associate Buyer to support our Private Label Woven Shirts and Jackets business. This role drives sales and profitability through strategic development and execution of trend-right assortments, identifying growth opportunities and curating a balanced mix for our customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, or related field.
• 3 years in retail buying; Associate Buyer or senior assistant.
• Strong analytical skills; OTB and assortment planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and curate trend-right assortments.
• Manage Open-To-Buy and inventory to maximize sales and margin.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales, stock, and on-order.
• Collaborate with design, product development, and vendors.
• Communicate insights with stores and internal teams.
