Job summary

Urban Outfitters seeks an Associate Buyer in Home to execute a merchandise strategy that drives the sales and profit plan. You will lead the development of online exclusive products and edit selections for private label and branded ranges.

You will analyze trends, manage OTB, and collaborate with vendors and design teams to optimize assortment balance and profitability while supporting the ecommerce growth of the home category.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 3 years in retail or direct buying office as Associate Buyer or Senior Level Assistant.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess weekly and monthly sales, stock and open-to-buy to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with design and planning to translate trends into the assortment.
• Manage OTB and ensure timely receipts and inventory balance.
• Support e-commerce product selection and private-label opportunities.
• Develop vendor relationships to maximize profitability and supply chain efficiency.
