Job summary

The Blue Chip Group, Beverage Division, seeks a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional for an Associate Account Manager role in our contract manufacturing business.

You will support assigned customer accounts, learn the commercial, operational, and financial mechanics behind beverage production, and coordinate cross‑functional execution to ensure successful launches and strong account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field (recent or upcoming graduate encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation/validation, dashboard creation)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact supporting assigned customer accounts
• Build professional customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-through
• Assist with onboarding new customers and new product launches
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, product specifications, and account records
• Coordinate customer requests, samples, and project timelines
• Help identify and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Develop and validate customer quotes and pricing
• Monitor account margins and overall financial performance
• Create Excel-based tools for account tracking and reporting
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Prepare account reports and updates for customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and reporting accuracy
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making
• Support process improvements using automation, digital tools, and AI-supported technologies
