Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is actively seeking a Regional Account Manager to retain and grow an assigned book of customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will work closely with buyers and decision-makers, using data to uncover opportunities and drive growth across our beverage portfolio. The role requires 2–4 years in account management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to travel across an assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-market presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders and tailor energy to influence decisions.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio using data to identify gaps.
