Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet to schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
