Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, create a welcoming environment, manage lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Assist with day-to-day banking using self-service tech (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
