You will build trusted relationships, help clients with accounts and transactions, and support branch operations to ensure branch success.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
