Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military counts).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Uses knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and assesses client problems and escalates non-standard issues.
