• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions, and refers to partners as needed.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues internally as needed.
