Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and provide expert banking solutions to clients. You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and support branch operations to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients, while collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless client experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly to understand client needs.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
