Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
