Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and serve clients using the latest banking solutions. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by sharing product knowledge and solutions and building trusted relationships.

The role focuses on welcoming service, managing lobby flow, opening/new accounts, and leveraging Chase Mobile App and ATMs to support customers across the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts per policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and using self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with colleagues to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while following bank policies.
