Job summary

You will educate clients on Chase digital tools, build lasting relationships, and support branch operations with careful attention to policy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in client services or banking is preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on how to use digital banking tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with experts to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management, following bank policies and procedures.
