Responsabilidades

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate with branch staff.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices per procedures.
