Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, work with branch teammates, and participate in branch operations while following regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
