Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver attentive, hospitality-focused service and leverage digital tools to meet client needs. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate on mobile and online banking while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with team members, and handle branch operations with accuracy and care to support branch goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
