Qualifications

• BS, BA or higher degree required.
• ACAS or close and pursuit of FCAS preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are a must.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and SQL; R or Python knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Profitability: Calculate aggregate state rate indications.
• Analyze state profitability at a segmented level and identify opportunities and challenges.
• Recommend rate changes or actions balancing profitability and growth.
• Provide actuarial support for quick rate filing approvals with regulatory compliance.
• Communicate results and insights to Product and business partners to gain consensus on action plans.
