Phenom, an Applied AI company, is seeking an Associate Account Manager to manage a book of accounts across industries. You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and deliver business value from the platform. Reports to the VP of Account Management within a 30+ member AM organization.

This role is 5 days/week on-site. Expect to own an expanding book, conduct EBRs, forecast renewals, and push for expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role: customer success, account management, sales, or project coordination with renewals/upsell exposure.
• Strong business acumen: interpret data to business outcomes, not just tool usage.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills to manage a full book with deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Own quota across GRR and NRR for your assigned book.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with customer leadership and partner with CV on QBRs.
• Build Strategic Account Plans tied to customer goals and a documented roadmap.
• Monitor usage data and translate platform activity into business outcomes.
