Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our corporate team. The role supports the Sr. Account Manager with daily tasks, coordinates client projects and maintains strong relationships across departments.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates and work orders, coordinating artwork approvals, and communicating with staff and customers to ensure project success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
• Work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing, graphics, print and/or sales.
• Ability to proficiently operate all current software programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and store elevation drawings preferred.
• Background in construction and/or design is preferred.
• 2+ years in related field or administrative responsibilities with customer service focus.

• Maintain files for client projects.
• Coordinate artwork request and facilitate approval process while exhibiting a dependable, positive and encouraging demeanor.
• Communication with all levels of employees and customers.
• Creating estimates and work orders for assigned projects.
