Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Manager to assist the Sr. Account Manager with daily tasks and project coordination, while managing client relationships. The role collaborates closely with account and project management teams to support multiple projects and deadlines.

We value highly organized individuals with excellent communication, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to read blueprints. Prior experience in clerical admin or related fields is preferred.

• 2+ years in related field or administrative responsibilities with customer service focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING THE SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH DAILY TASKS AND JOB COORDINATION, AS WELL AS MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS. THIS POSITION WORKS CLOSELY WITH ACCOUNT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAMS. SOME DUTIES INCLUDE:

• MAINTAIN FILES FOR CLIENT PROJECTS.
• COORDINATE ARTWORK REQUEST AND FACILITATE APPROVAL PROCESS WHILE EXHIBITING A DEPENDABLE, POSITIVE AND ENCOURAGING DEMEANOR.
• COMMUNICATION WITH ALL LEVELS OF EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS
• CREATING ESTIMATES AND WORK ORDERS FOR ASSIGNED PROJECTS.

• ABILITY TO READ BLUEPRINTS AND STORE ELEVATION DRAWINGS PREFERRED
• BACKGROUND IN CONSTRUCTION AND/OR DESIGN IS PREFERRED
• 2+ YEARS IN RELATED FIELD OR ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITEIS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS
