Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions, based in Vero Beach, seeks an Assistant Account Manager to support Sr. Account Managers with daily tasks and project coordination from our Vero Beach Corporate Office.

You will upload photos, drawings, and documents to the online job calendar, coordinate between locations to clear installations with mall management and security, and schedule jobs. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent and changing deadlines and flexible priorities.
• Work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing.
• Ability to operate current software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Account Managers with daily tasks and project coordination.
• Upload photos, drawings, and documents to an online job calendar.
• Coordinate communication between locations to clear installation with mall management and security.
• Schedule jobs on the calendar.
• Create estimates and work orders for assigned projects.
• Coordinate artwork requests and facilitate approval processes while exhibiting a dependable, positive, and encouraging demeanor.
