Snap-on Credit LLC, the financing arm of Snap-on Inc., is seeking an entry-level specialist to manage early-stage delinquency collection within a regional unit in Libertyville, IL. The role focuses on direct collections via phone, coordinating with Franchisees and Account Managers, and promoting Credit Sales programs to customers and franchise partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some customer service or collections experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collection of EC accounts to achieve established Corporate/Regional goals

• Coordinate product return with Account Managers/Senior Account Manager
• Report and consult with management on major issues
• Achieve assigned delinquency/loss goals and metrics

Position Summary

Entry level position in which the primary responsibility is collections of early stage delinquent accounts in the Extended Credit portfolio within a regional business unit. Position will be responsible for directing and coordinating EC collections; evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve delinquency issues; and promoting and marketing Credit Sales programs to Franchisees and customers, while preparing for the potential role of an Account Manager.
