Snap-on Credit LLC, the financial arm of Snap-on, seeks an entry-level collector to manage early delinquent EC accounts regionally. You will direct collections, coordinate with Franchisees, and drive credit sales promotions while coordinating with Account Managers to resolve delinquencies.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and some customer service or collections experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. This is an on-site role with normal office hours.

Entry‑level position in which the primary responsibility is collections of early stage delinquent accounts in the Extended Credit portfolio within a regional business unit. The role involves directing and coordinating EC collections, evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve delinquency issues, and promoting Credit Sales programs to Franchisees and customers, with potential progression to an Associate Account Manager.
Travel: No travel expected.
Working Environment: Normal office environment. Entry Level – Not Remote.
