Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist who will provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help members feel and move better. You will develop individualized programs, lead sessions with PNF/contract-relax techniques, and ensure an educational, positive member experience while upholding the Life Time brand.

You will support member safety on the fitness floor, promote stretch offerings, complete administrative tasks, and stay current on certifications and industry trends to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training associated with the role.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan.
• Ensures members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
