Job summary

Life Time is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, aiming to improve mobility and overall wellness. You will build individualized plans, guide clients through stretch and recovery sessions, and promote related training services on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities include client assessments, pre-participation screenings, safety coaching, and ongoing program documentation to ensure progress and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Maintains certifications and stays updated on industry trends and progressions.
• Ensures clients feel competent and connected through superior customer service.
