Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an hourly Personal Training Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better.

You will develop safe client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions, and promote related training services while documenting progress and maintaining service quality. The role emphasizes excellent customer service on the gym floor, ongoing training, and adherence to Life Time brand standards to ensure a positive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
