Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric environment
• High school diploma required
• Basic understanding of store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance)
• Preferred: 2-4 years store management experience in specialty retail
• Associate degree in business/management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager with daily assignments and directing work for associates
• Participate in hiring decisions and staff development under guidance
• Lead and motivate the team during scheduled shifts and enforce policies
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching team and delivering Guest experience
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards
• Oversee inventory management including receiving, stocking, and counts
• Develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional Guest experiences
