Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager for the North Charleston Walmart Supercenter. The role leads a high-energy team, drives Guest experience, and achieves financial targets through scheduling, payroll, and staff development.

You will hire, coach, and supervise associates, ensure adherence to brand standards, and manage inventory and security. The position requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience with store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
• 2–4 years of store management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and team performance with a Guest-first approach.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Lead hiring decisions and staff development in partnership with leadership.
• Enforce company policies, safety, and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
