Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in North Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the store manager in all aspects of operations and guest service. You will help supervise staff, manage schedules, and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive store success.

You must have prior store leadership, a high school diploma, and familiarity with POS, HRIS, and scheduling tools; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
