Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in assignments and daily priorities for staff.
• Support hiring and promotion decisions and provide feedback on applicants.
• Lead shifts, enforce company policies, and model appropriate behavior.
• Drive sales by coaching the team and delivering an engaging guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays align with brand standards and manage inventory.
• Oversee security, cash handling, and adherence to store procedures.
