Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience
• High school diploma
• Basic understanding in the use of common store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in determining associates’ daily assignments and directing work.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, including feedback and recommendations regarding applicant selection.
• Lead and inspire your team during shifts, enforce policies and standards, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching Bear Builders and creating a Guest experience.
• Ensure that merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Build and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional Guest experience.
