Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time & attendance.
• 2-4 years of store management experience preferred; associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in directing daily assignments and staff priorities.
• Hire, promote, and give feedback on staff performance.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and manage disciplinary actions when needed.
• Drive sales through coaching, guest experience, and arranging product displays.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
