Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and staff scheduling.
• Participate in hiring decisions and provide feedback on applicants.
• Lead and coach shifts to meet or exceed sales targets and uphold policies.
• Drive sales through guest experience and proper zoning and forecasting.
• Ensure displays adhere to brand standards and maintain store environment.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving and stocking.
• Support building a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
