J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance.

You will collaborate with the Store Director and other leaders to adapt strategies, oversee operations, and ensure smooth execution of daily store activities and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Have 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to coach and develop sales associates and drive store results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability and brand integrity.
• Own designated divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
• Engage with the community through events to build brand loyalty.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed to meet business goals.
