Job summary

CRC Group seeks an underwriting support associate to assist with documentation, data collection, and policy maintenance for renewals and endorsements. You will liaise with brokers, agents and internal teams to ensure timely processing and accurate policy information.

The role requires attention to detail, basic insurance terminology knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and insurance systems. Regular on-site work in Alabama is expected with standard benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in underwriting support, insurance administration, or related role.
• Familiarity with insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and rating procedures preferred.
• Experience with data entry and documentation within insurance systems.

Responsibilities

Provides intermediate-level support to underwriters by preparing documentation, processing policies, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information within the underwriting process. Maintains underwriting files, liaises with internal teams and external partners, and assists in the evaluation and processing of coverage renewals and endorsements with limited supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist underwriters with data collection, policy documentation, and file maintenance.
• Review and verify policy forms, applications, and endorsements for completeness and accuracy.
