CASES is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Pretrial Services team. You will supervise Case Coordinators and Peer Mentor staff, assisting the Team Leader in day-to-day operations and ensuring program integrity.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks within CASES’ SRP framework, which diverts thousands from detention to community services.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant clinical discipline with 2-4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based models and family systems across diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical and administrative operations of community supervision, case management, and peer services.
• Supervise Case Coordinators and peer staff; assist Team Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive services.
• Assess participant needs and develop service plans; coordinate with partner providers.
