Job summary

CASES is seeking a Clinical Case Coordinator for our Pretrial Services Case Management Team in Brooklyn. The role involves conducting Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings and helping participants comply with supervision conditions, court appearances, and reporting schedules.

You will assess service needs, develop collaborative, strengths-based plans, and connect participants to treatment and community services while reducing recidivism. Hybrid work is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum three years in human services with SUD and criminal justice involvement.
• Extensive knowledge of community treatment and resources.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and court processes.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and community-based services to a caseload of pretrial participants.
• Conduct Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings within 24–48 hours of release.
• Collaborate with court and pretrial staff to ensure court appearances.
• Review documentation and analyze offending behavior patterns.
• Conduct service need assessments addressing psychosocial needs.
• Link participants to treatment and escort to community services.
• Maintain relationships with community providers and services.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to facilities staff.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
