JusticePoint, Inc. seeks a Pretrial Case Manager to support diverse clients navigating the criminal justice system. You will help ensure court appearances, address barriers, and refer clients to community resources to meet individualized goals.

The role requires empathy, knowledge of the justice system, and collaboration between clients, prosecutors, and defense attorneys. Prior experience or internships in related fields are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant employment) in psychology, social work, sociology, criminal justice, or related field.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile and insurance.
• Ascribe to and champion The Difference Principles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with clients to identify barriers and help ensure court appearances.
• Refer clients to community resources to address identified needs and goals.
• Prepare and submit accurate court reports outlining client status and progress.
• Maintain accurate records in the client database; perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide supervision and assist clients in achieving successful pretrial supervision outcomes.
