Job summary

CASES seeks an Assistant Team Leader to supervise Case Coordinators and peer staff within the Pretrial Services team. You will oversee day-to-day operations and support the Team Leader, ensuring high-quality supervision and program delivery.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, trauma-informed practice, and coordination with partners to support SRP participants with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline with 2–4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in human services with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Case Coordinators and Peer staff on a daily basis.
• Support clinical and administrative operations of community supervision and services.
• Develop service plans and assess participant needs including legal, housing, and health.
• Lead risk management and coordinate with partner providers.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with program funders.
